Localized exterior repairs such as caulking, masonry repair, and treatment of cracks and water-damaged surfaces. Larger or structural work is outside what a visual review can define, so the scope is confirmed during the assessment.

Exterior Building Maintenance & Repairs
Cracks, failed joints, and water-damaged surfaces can worsen over time. DUVERT uses rope access to assess and repair difficult-to-reach areas of a building exterior.
What the service covers
Exterior maintenance at height deals with the defects that appear on walls, joints, and surfaces over the life of a building. Work is localized and based on what the review finds.
- Caulking at joints and openings
- Masonry repair for localized damage
- Treatment of cracks
- Repairs to water-damaged surfaces
- General exterior maintenance in hard-to-reach areas
Scope defined before work begins
DUVERT assesses difficult-to-reach areas and defines a repair scope before work begins. Reviewing the affected areas first helps separate localized repairs from problems that need a larger plan.
Where water has entered a building, visible damage may not show the full extent of the problem. A visual review documents what can be seen and is not an engineering assessment. If structural concerns are suspected, involve a qualified engineer.
Planning a repair project
Repairs can be coordinated with cleaning or repainting, so the same access setup serves more than one task where that makes sense.
To request an assessment, send:
- Where the problem is located on the building
- Photos of cracks, stains, joints, or damaged surfaces
- Building type and approximate height
- When the issue was first noticed, if known

Access is technical.
So is trust.
Rope access maintenance starts with understanding the work and the access conditions. DUVERT uses Petzl equipment and professionals trained in rope access techniques. Before requesting a quote, share the building height, work location, and any access restrictions so the team can assess the project requirements.
